Orders with Mystery boxes - please allow up to 5 days processing time + shipping due to the volume on sale days. Please refer to the below estimated shipping times as per your order type. 

We do not post to PO BOX or Parcel Locker addresses. If you place an order with either, it will automatically be cancelled.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! - $20 AUD - Standard: 2-3 weeks + processing time

International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. 

Returns & Exchanges 

All items purchased from Cleanse & Co are carefully with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at hello@cleanseandco.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Cleanse & Co.

Cancellations  

Please note if you wish to cancel your Cleanse & Co order after it has been placed you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
