Orders placed after the listed dates will still be despatched as normal, however, due to the uncertainty of the postage network throughout Australia we are unable to guarantee delivery/pick-up by Christmas.



Our current estimated processing time is up to 1–15 business days + shipping time


Shipping lead times may be affected due to the high demand of postage services in Australian and around the world as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

International Shipping


We ship worldwide! - $40 AUD - Standard: 2-3 weeks + processing time


International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. 



Returns & Exchanges
 


All items purchased from Cleanse & Co are carefully with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 


We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time. 


For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at hello@cleanseandco.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Cleanse & Co.


Cancellations

Please note if you wish to cancel your Cleanse & Co order after it has been placed you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
