Australia wide Shipping
$10 – Standard Shipping: 7-12 working days
$15 – Standard Shipping with signature: 7-12 working days
$30 – Express Dispatch: For urgent orders, next day dispatch + standard shipping time.
$50 – Wholesale lead time: 2-3 weeks
Orders with Candles: 12-17 working days.
With our beautiful candles being made in-house, customised with your choice of crystal and scent, the delivery times have now changed. During this time of the COVID-19 crisis and high demand, we have been forced to halve the team meaning, more candles and less hands. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

International Shipping — We ship worldwide!
New Zealand - $25 AUD minimum based on weight
5-7 business days
Rest of the World - $40 AUD minimum based on weight
International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased from Cleanse & Co are carefully with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.
For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Cleanse & Co.
