Much like Cleanse & Co., you will have the freedom to bring your creative flair to Soll the Label across all aspects of the brand. Being our younger brand, there is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop, taking Soll to the next level. Key Responsibilities – Applicable across two brands: 


Marketing

  • Campaign Development: Design and develop marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales. Create compelling visuals and messaging for email marketing, social media and other channels.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various marketing initiatives, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and video content.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure all creative content is optimised for search engines and aligns with SEM strategies.
  • Copywriting: Generate all copywriting for marketing campaigns, product descriptions, email marketing, website content, and social media. Ensure the copy is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to target audiences.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Social Media: Develop and manage social media strategies with team to create content, and engage with followers to grow the brand’s online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.

Design

  • Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance the visual identity of each brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Website Design: Design and update website layouts, landing pages, and product pages to improve user experience and drive conversions.
  • Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics for digital and print media, including banners, ads, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Product Photography: Generate brief and oversee product photography and image editing to ensure high-quality visuals for the eCommerce platforms.
  • Print Design: Design packaging, labels, and other print materials to ensure cohesive branding across all physical products.
  • Design Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to continuously enhance the brand’s visual appeal.
  • Product Design: Design innovative and visually appealing products that align with brand aesthetics. Create sketches, prototypes, and detailed design specifications. 

Processes

  • Workflow Management: Develop and manage creative workflows to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. Implement tools and processes that improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Documentation & Organisation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all creative processes in folders, spreadsheets and external drives.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure high-quality deliverables and cost-effective solutions.

Strategy

  • Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business goals and drive brand growth. Participate in strategic planning sessions to provide creative insights and recommendations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use insights to inform and enhance creative strategies.
  • Brand Development: Develop and evolve the brand’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Consumer Insights: Gather and analyze consumer insights to inform creative strategies and ensure they resonate with the target audience.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze cultural and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and brand differentiation.

Strategy Collaborations & Partnerships:

  • Brand Collaborations: Identify and initiate collaborations with complementary brands or influencers to create joint marketing campaigns or co-branded products that enhance brand visibility and appeal.
  • Partnership Management: Nurture relationships with partner brands, influencers, or agencies to foster long-term collaborations and mutual promotional opportunities.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate cross-promotional campaigns and initiatives with partner brands to leverage combined audiences and amplify brand messaging.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and contracts, ensuring alignment with brand values and strategic objectives.

Shopify/eCommerce

  • Shopify Management: Manage and maintain the Shopify stores for both brands, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Customize themes and templates as needed.
  • Product Listings: Oversee the creation and management of product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. 
  • UX/UI Design: Design and implement user-centric interfaces that enhance the shopping experience and drive conversions. 
  • Sales Promotions: Develop and implement sales promotions, discount codes, and other eCommerce strategies to drive revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate inventory levels are reflected online and manage stock availability.
  • Third-Party Sales Platforms: Set up and configure third-party sales platforms (e.g., ICONIC, FAIRE, Baby Bunting) to expand brand presence and reach new customer segments.
  • Listing Optimization: Create compelling product listings on third-party platforms, including optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and pricing to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Inventory Syncing: Coordinate inventory management between Shopify stores and third-party platforms to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent overselling or stockouts.
  • Compliance and Policies: Stay informed about and comply with third-party platform policies, guidelines, and best practices to maintain a positive brand reputation and ensure operational efficiency.

Product Development

  • Conceptualization: Collaborate with the CEO to conceptualize and develop new products that align with the brand’s vision and market demand.
  • Prototyping: Oversee the creation of product prototypes, working closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure design specifications are met.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including the creation of marketing materials, promotional content, and launch strategies.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine and improve products, ensuring they meet customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Innovation: Continuously explore new materials, technologies, and design trends to introduce innovative products that differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and manage a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure successful product development and launch.

Processes, Technical Support, and Setup:

  • Develop and implement streamlined internal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support across digital platforms and tools used for eCommerce operations, troubleshooting issues and optimizing systems to support seamless workflow integration.
  • Set up new digital tools, platforms, and software necessary for eCommerce operations, ensuring they align with business requirements and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a creative leadership or senior design role in the eCommerce industry.
  • Education: Certificate/Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

We’re on the lookout for someone who lives and breathes all things social media; someone who is constantly scrolling and can often be found glued to their phone. You know who’s who, what’s trending and take pride in amassing an online community of BFF’s. 

Reporting to our founder, you’ll be strategic thinker, super organised and an experienced content creator capable of transforming concepts into relatable, fun, and engaging videos and stills. A strong sense of visual aesthetics and the confidence to present in front of the camera are an absolute must.

This is a unique role that plays a pivotal part in further shaping the brands public presence while also being able to directly impact business growth. As well as being the custodian of our cherished Instagram community there is also an exciting opportunity to cement the brands presence on TikTok and Facebook.

Back to the position, we’re after someone who can offer:

  • A Social Media strategy inline with overarching marketing objectives
  • Comprehensive data reporting, analysis and insights
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content
  • Cross-platform Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn plus any other platform that may arise!)
  • Content curation, calendar and scheduling
  • Build and maintain influencer/content creator relationships and gifting
  • Community engagement and growth
  • UGC management
  • Creative Copywriting
  • Profile Updates & Optimisation
  • Assist with promotional digital assets (alongside Graphic Designer)
  • Consult on Social Media advertising
  • Content Creation
  • Ideate, produce and create videos and stills that our customers will love to see and shop from
  • Able to curate, style and provide valuable insights into our products
  • Skills to edit, proof and apply relevant overlays with appropriate software


And, has the following:

  • Confidence using Mac OS
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premier Pro or like applications 
  • Openness to try new things! (i.e. AI)
  • Great organisation, planning and time management skills
