Lovely tumble. Great quality. Only downside is when you order multiple tumbles they are all in together and if similar colours its actually hard to figure out which is which
I’ve never ordered a refill before, and this was such a great idea and easy process to get my favourite scented candle back while recycling my old glass container. Love it!

It was a sub par mystery box. I've had better and as it was also my subscription box which is automatic and waited 5 months for it (due to the restructure and issues the company had) they should have halted subscriptions. I didnt mind but you would assume after the massive wait they would make them worthwhile as an apology. I'VE placed 55 orders, including my mystery box subscription, I didn't feel valued as a customer or a supporter of cleanse and co or Hayley. Best of luck for your future ♡ love and light ♡
I love the crystals however this has been shadowed by the massive delays in postage and poor communication. I ordered 4 boxes from January to April. To date, only 3 have been delivered and this has only occured in the past month. I've tried communication across multiple forms and never get a reply. I'd appreciate my last order being shipped as soon as possible

I was really excited about ordering this as I had never heard of a smoke-free alternative. Unfortunately as much as I would love to, I can’t really give the product five stars. The spray nozzle stopped working after using it a couple of times and it leaked everywhere. Having said that, the smell is AMAZING and I look forward to receiving a replacement so that I can continue to enjoy it. x
The one sent we really wanted to try the spray isn’t working nor can we open it to dab it on
The pyrite crystal candle was gifted. The crystals were small & loose in the box instead of being set in the actual candle, hence there was dusty gritty bits (off the pyrite) allacross the top if the candle, made it look dirty. Very disappointing for an expensive candle & different to the other one I purchased.
