How Wholesale Ordering Works

1. Apply for a Wholesale Account
Complete our wholesale registration form with your business details. We'll review your application to ensure we're the right fit for one another.

2. Application Review
Our team will carefully review your application. If approved, you'll receive an email confirming your wholesale account has been activated.

3. Access the Wholesale Portal
Once approved, simply log in using your account to access our wholesale portal, exclusive pricing and wholesale product range.

4. Browse & Build Your Order
Explore our wholesale collections and add your chosen products to your cart. Your wholesale pricing will automatically be displayed while you're logged in.

5. Submit Your Order
Proceed through checkout to submit your order. No payment is required at this stage.

6. Receive Your Invoice
We'll review your order and email you an invoice with your order summary and bank transfer details.

Please note that orders under $1,000 will incur a $60 flat-rate shipping fee, which will be added to your invoice. Shipping is complimentary on all wholesale orders over $1,000.

7. Make Payment
Once payment has been received, we'll begin carefully preparing your order.

8. We Prepare Your Order
Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be made, packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

9. Your Order Is On Its Way
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey.
